Request data: We receive the data you enter in the form, such as your name, email, phone number if provided, dates, participants, tours and message. We associate a technical identifier, language, form type and selected tours with your request to handle it and monitor its sending status.
Handling and sending: We use these data to respond and organise excursions. Notifications are sent through Brevo and received in the email inboxes of the staff handling requests. Technical infrastructure providers also help deliver the service.
Legal basis: Processing is based on the data subject's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention: Data is retained for the time necessary to handle your request and comply with legal obligations (maximum 5 years).
Technical record: Request records expire after 90 days and are automatically deleted periodically. The content needed to send a notification is removed from the record when the email provider accepts it; if sending fails or the outcome is uncertain, it may remain until expiry. This period does not determine how long copies are retained in email inboxes or by providers.
Rights: You have the right to access, rectify or delete your data at any time by writing to comercial.touristicenter@gmail.com.
Cookies and analytics: With your consent, we load Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions. When request measurement is enabled, we associate acceptance of the email notification with Analytics browser and session identifiers, along with language, form type and tours. We do not send Google Analytics names, email addresses, phone numbers or message text entered in forms. Analytics identifiers are pseudonymous, not anonymous data. You can decline or withdraw consent through Cookie preferences in the footer without preventing form submission. Withdrawal stops subsequent collection from the browser and does not delete data already sent. We do not enable advertising personalisation or Google Signals.
